The M Room is The Macallan Spiritual Home for the United States. The culinary team behind Roka Akor have created a one of a kind, tasting menu highlighting the ingredients and flavors used in The Macallan whisky making process. Working closely with The Macallan culinary team in Aberlour, Scotland to integrate native barley, yeast, oak, sherry and whisky in each exciting dish.
