Join us as we prepare for our Grand Opening in September 2024! The Avery Kitchen & Bar, located in the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, honors the city’s rich history and culture. Named after Cyrus Avery, the “Father of Route 66,” the restaurant celebrates his role in establishing the iconic highway through Tulsa. The Avery offers a culinary journey inspired by Route 66’s diverse cuisines, reflecting American culinary heritage. Its Art Deco design nods to Tulsa’s early 20th-century boom, blending history with modern elegance for an unforgettable dining experience.
