Reimagine Our Community, Inc., is Houston's first LGBT lead primary healthcare provider. As a nonprofit organization with 501C3 status, our practice is dedicated to eradicating HIV in Houston, Texas, and promoting the overall health and well-being to Texas and Georgia. Our mission revolves around breaking the stigma surrounding HIV, fostering inclusive allyship, and raising awareness about PrEP. At Reimagine Our Community, Inc., the primary goal is to improve health outcomes for MSM, Trans, and non-binary individuals who are at high risk of contracting HIV/AIDS. We also strive to support those who are newly diagnosed with HIV or are currently out of care. This commitment extends to providing culturally competent care and enhancing health outcomes for MSM, Trans, and non-binary individuals across Texas and Georgia. At Reimagine Our Community, Inc. we offer a comprehensive range of LGBT primary healthcare and mental health services through Telemedicine and Telepsychiatry. With our advanced technology, our practice can now reach the local community and serve individuals in rural areas that are often underserved. In addition to healthcare services, Reimagine Our Community, Inc. provides an array of supportive services to address the community's unique needs. Offerings include medical insurance enrollment, housing assistance, hormone replacement therapy, financial literacy programs, job placement support, first-time homebuyer guidance, and business and non-profit start-up programs. We also prioritize trauma-informed care to ensure the well-being and holistic recovery of our community members.
