KC Chop House will bring together familiar midwestern hospitality with an elevated selection of steaks, seafood, wine, and cocktails. The new restaurant comfortably seats over 200 guests in the main dining room and on the patio, and features a private dining room, The Prohibition Room, that contracts and expands to accommodate a variety of dinner party sizes up to 50 guests. KC Chop House can accommodate private parties and assists with planning special celebrations. In addition to Kansas City’s finest hand-selected steaks, diners can also enjoy an array of seafood, salads and side dishes. Signature dishes include the 40-ounce Long Bone Ribeye, served on a butcher block with homemade KC Chop House steak sauce and truffle fries, chimichurri and bearnaise on the side; the KC Chop House Burger, consisting of local wagyu beef, black truffle cheese, fried onions and bacon jam; and Prime Rib slow roasted and topped with house-made horseradish sauce and velvet au jus. KC Chop House will feature a unique wines-by-the-glass tasting option, where guests can customize their pours in 3-, 6-, and 9-ounce options. Feeling like a cocktail?
