He received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown College in Georgetown, Kentucky, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky. Justin then completed his residency at the University of Louisville Affiliated Hospitals (Norton Children’s Hospital and University Hospital). After residency, Justin served as both a private practice and hospital-based pediatrician in the inpatient and outpatient settings for over four years in Henderson, Kentucky, before returning to Louisville. Prior to joining Norton Children’s Medical Group – Brownsboro, he served as a pediatric hospitalist at Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital while on faculty as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Louisville School of Medicine (January 1, 2018 to August 31, 2018) and for Norton Medical Group (September 1, 2014 to December 31, 2017). He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
