MAT is an evidence-based form of opioid addiction treatment that has a documented history of effectiveness. MAT for opioid addiction at Hermitage CTC incorporates prescription medication and counseling to help adults achieve recovery. Adults who receive medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction at Hermitage CTC may receive a prescription for methadone, buprenorphine, or Suboxone.
