Dr. Harsimran Singh grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, earning his undergraduate education in Molecular Biology from Princeton University. He traveled abroad to complete a Masters in Health Care Policy at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. He received his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at University of California, San Francisco. He then returned back east to complete his fellowship training and board certification in both Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology from Columbia University – New York Presbyterian Hospital. Finally, he obtained specialized training in Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) and Structural Interventional Cardiology in Canada at Toronto General Hospital & The Hospital for Sick Children.Dr. Singh joined the full-time faculty at Weill Cornell Medical College – New York Presbyterian Hospital as a specialist in ACHD and Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Singh is the Director of Adult Congenital Heart Disease and is the David S. Blumenthal Assistant Professor of Medicine. He also serves as the Director of the Cardiovascular Fellowship training program at Weill Cornell - New York Presbyterian Hospital.As an interventional cardiologist, Dr. Singh specializes in percutaneous (minimally invasive) cardiac interventions for coronary, congenital / structural, and valvular disease. His clinical cardiology practice consists of patients with acquired and congenital heart conditions. Dr. Singh speaks Hindi, Punjabi, and Spanish.
