Alan Bisenieks joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in October 2015. He is excited about the opportunity to help people make the smart financial decisions that are essential to long-term financial security. Alan has a Master’s degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from Naval War College and a Master’s degree in Management. from Troy University Alan attended USMA at West Point and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Philosophy. He holds Series 7, 66 and 24 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC. Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Alan serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. He advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Alan will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals. Active in his community, Alan is a member of the Friends and Alumni of USMA West Point and the Military Officers Association of America. In his free time, Alan enjoys football, traveling, and working out. First Command Financial Services was founded in 1958 by a retired Air Force officer for the specific purpose of improving the financial well-being of military professionals and their families.
