Downtown Somatic Therapy is a psychotherapy practice located in downtown Manhattan. We specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, sexual health and relationship issues. We also believe that human beings are wired for growth, resilience and connection. Our therapists are trained in evidence-based, mind-body therapies like Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and Gestalt.
