Ciclo (Spanish for "cycle") is a modern Texas kitchen featuring locally inspired flavors and ingredients with a Latin influence, all brought to life through a unique collaboration between Chef Gerardo Lopez and world-renowned chef and restaurateur, Richard Sandoval. Ciclo's name reflects its focus on menu offerings that change seasonally, from ceviches, crudos and grilled and smoked meats to inventive cocktails crafted by award-winning bartender Sarah Rahl. In addition to its ever-changing dinner menu, Ciclo serves breakfast, lunch and brunch year-round, with all menus providing gluten-free and vegan options.
