Dr. Shukla received his medical degree from Shri M.P. Shah Medical College in Jamnagar, India. He completed his residency in neurology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Shukla received fellowship training in neurophysiology also at the University of Pittsburgh.
