Briana Rudick, MD directs Columbia University Fertility Center's Third Party Reproduction Program, and is active in community events supporting the LGBTQ community. She is involved in all aspects of third party reproduction including fertility care for same sex couples, co-maternity, egg donation, and gestational surrogacy. She sees and treats all forms of infertility, including ovulatory disorders, endometriosis, and fertility preservation.Dr. Rudick joined the Columbia faculty in 2011. After completing her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Pennsylvania, she completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.Dr. Rudick has conducted research to study the effect of Vitamin D on fertility and treatment outcomes and she has written editorials on the importance of fertility education for young women. Her research involving egg freezing has been featured in numerous journals, blogs and magazines such as Cosmopolitan. She serves as a current reviewer for Fertility and Sterility Reports, a high-impact journal in her field, and was awarded the top reviewer certificate in 2020 for her contributions. She believes that integrating holistic approaches with state-of-the-art scientific and medical fertility treatment can result in a more satisfying experience for many patients and allow patients to make the best fertility decisions for themselves.
