Over the decade we spent living in Japan, we fell in love with ramen, especially tonkotsu ramen. So when we came back to the states, we knew we had to bring the artistry of this delicious dish with us. From there, we built a menu of authentic favorites: rice balls, pork chashu buns, and even Takoyaki! Our menu is full of amazing flavors, fresh ingredients, and thoughtful recipes that are perfect for casual dining or impressing your fellow foodies. We even imported our ramen-making machine from Japan, and make our noodles fresh in-house every day with it. So stop by and join us for a true taste of Hakata right here in Back Bay.
