Andrew Little, MD, is a neurosurgeon and the director of the Pituitary Center and the Skull Base Program at Barrow Neurological Institute. He is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. Dr. Little specializes in the treatment of pituitary tumors and other brain tumors and conditions, including trigeminal neuralgia, colloid cysts, and Chiari malformations. He performs more minimally invasive endoscopic transsphenoidal surgery than any other surgeon in the Southwest. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. Dr. Little earned his medical degree from the University of California—Irvine. He completed his residency in neurosurgery at Barrow Neurological Institute and a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery and neuroendoscopy at the Prince of Wales Private Hospital in Sydney, Australia. Dr. Little directs an active clinical research program focused on improving care for patients with pituitary and related tumors. His research interests include patient outcomes, quality of life, and minimally invasive surgery techniques.
